Collaborate
“The new Chancellor Rachel Reeves announced new Labour will reinstate local housing targets, with plans to build 1.5 million homes."
Collaborate
Tpas has recently completed its third in the series of our Collaborate Programmes.
This is a series of research programmes, and each programme was an opportunity for Landlord Organisations to partner with peers, Tpas and sector leaders to create solutions together to inform and develop resident influence and outcomes across a number of current sector issues.
- Collaborate Programme 1 – Engagement Maximiser
- Collaborate Programme 2 – Resident Engagement in Building Safety
- Collaborate Programme 3 – Governance - ensuring your tenants' voices are heard
Each joining organisation had up to four places at each workshop, creating space for colleagues to participate at a detailed level or for various colleagues to attend different sessions.
Each programme followed the same format: a launch, a series of workshops, and a finale, during which the participating organisations presented their learning and action plans.
• The organisations gained from being part of a collaborative, peer-led group focused on creating solutions to resident engagement challenges
• They understood accountability and responsibility across key sector challenges, ensuring compliance with emerging regulatory and statutory obligations
• They heard from Tpas lead associates, board members, and other sector thought leaders on proven techniques and developed a blueprint to overcome barriers
• Learnt how to develop future practise and support the sector to innovate
• How to motivate staff and stakeholders to understand the importance of residents’ experiences
After each programme, a report was published that featured the organisations that collaborated to provide solutions to real-time challenges.
