Customer Journey Mapping with Phonenix Community Housing

Our Head of Consultancy, Julie Butterworth recently spent two days with teams from Phoenix Community Housing, working with residents and teams trying to understand their 'lived experience' when their homes had damp and mould.
Time was also well spent, looking at the processes in place and ways to improve communication.

Regional Member Event in the Midlands

On Tuesday this week, 30th April, we held our Midlands Regional member event. We were kindly hosted by Platform Housing Group at their offices in Birmingham.
We had a great turnout of 29 attendees from 15 different organisations from across the Midlands.
