Is the Green paper a game changer?

With the effective resolution of complaints featuring significantly in the Green paper, Tpas is delighted to partner with the Housing Ombudsman and their expert trainers to deliver these unique workshops.

Our tenants workshop offers the chance to understand the latest thinking around complaints, including dispute resolution and complaint handling. It also explores bthe emerging themes from the Green Paper, and the role residents can play in the overall complaints process.

Our staff workshop focusses on some of the key organisational and cultural challenges arising from the Green paper, and examines how effective resident engagement can offer solutions and improve overall satisfaction levels and outcomes.

Both workshops will draw on real life case studies and best practice examples from the Housing Ombudsman, Tpas, Landlords and Residents.
