Estuary Housing Association achieve Tpas PRO Accreditation

Estuary Housing Association, based in Southend on Sea have achieved Tpas PRO Landlord Accreditation for the second time.
The report recognises Estuary Housing’s real commitment to having the voice of tenants at the heart of the organisation and being able to influence and challenge.
Janice White, Estuary Housing Manager (Performance and Customer Engagement) said “by completing the rigorous accreditation process we demonstrated our commitment to resident involvement and that our approach is effective and offers the best value for money.”
“I wish to thank all residents, Board Members and staff, who were involved and shared their experiences. In doing so they shared their vision for resident engagement which is to: Involve our residents in our services so that we provide services that deliver positive outcomes for all parties.”
