The Housing Ombudsman invite you to join their Customer Panel
One of the Housing Ombudsman Services priorities over the next three years is to improve their customers’ journeys when they want to access their service and as their complaint is resolved.
The HOS would like to understand directly the different experiences of their customers - residents, advice agencies who may represent residents and landlords.
To deliver this priority, they are creating a Customer Panel advisory forum which will be reselected annually and meet two times per year.
The inaugural meeting will take place in London on Wednesday 17 July 2019 between 1pm and 4pm.
