The LEASE building insurance survey launched at the end of August.
Over 3,000 leaseholders have participated in the survey. This is a fantastic result, but we need more.
Why Your Input Matters
LEASE are reaching out because they want to understand how insurance premiums have changed since 2016, particularly following the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017. This survey will help LEASE to collect valuable data on how premiums have shifted for leaseholders in blocks of flats (multi-occupancy buildings).
There have been several changes in the building insurance market in recent years, and your contribution will help assess how these changes have harmed consumers. Their goal is to use the survey results to push for better availability and affordability of insurance in the future.
