Tpas and Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) virtual event on TSM consultation

The next Tpas Virtual members event will take place on 9th February at 1pm.

We’ll be joined by Kate Dodsworth Director of Consumer Regulation and Fleur Priest-Stephens, Tenant Engagement Manager from The Regulator of Social Housing. During this event they will be talking about their initial thinking for consumer regulation to implement the Social Housing White Paper and the draft TSMs (tenant satisfaction measures) consultation.

The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking views on its proposals for tenant satisfaction measures which are part of implementing changes to consumer regulation set out in the Government’s ‘The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper’

There will be time for questions and there will also be some breakout work where you will get chance to discuss the proposed TSMs with your peers.
