Tpas appoints National Consultancy Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Anna O’Halloran as National Consultancy Manager at Tpas

Anna has worked in social housing since 1984, developing expertise and experience from employment with 4 local authorities, 3 housing associations, the Housing Inspectorate at the Audit Commission, CIH, Capita and of course many years ago working here at Tpas! In recent years, Anna has run her own management consultancy specialising in service improvement, engagement and the application of behaviour change methodologies.
She is also a well-known and a compelling nationally known speaker, trainer and mentor; she has an MSc in Housing, is an accredited trainer and mediator and a member of CIH and WISH Eastern Regional Boards.
As National Consultancy Manager, Anna will have a primary focus on the Southern Region, but alongside our other National Consultancy Manager Gill and the Consultancy Team, we will have the knowledge, skills and flexibility to enable us to deliver more for our clients throughout the country.
On her appointment Anna said, “After many years away it feels great to be back home with Team Tpas, working to support social housing providers to help them hear and respond to the tenants’ voice. The world of social housing has changed immensely in many ways since I last worked for Tpas around 15 years ago and I’m thrilled to be joining my colleagues in providing the motivation, support and services that the sector needs to be truly listening”.

Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategic engagement, especially around accountability, behavioural insight and service review and design”.
Anna has had a somewhat unorthodox start to the role due to the unprecedented global pandemic, but has quickly adapted and has hit the ground running - she is sincerely looking forward to meeting and working with you all in the not so distant future.
