Local Authority/ALMO Staff Member Meet Up

Join our LA and ALMO staff member network, this has been set up to facilitate peer to peer support and learning amongst LA/ALMO’s staff. 

There will be quarterley online meet ups and the group will have a dedicated online networking group on Tpas connect.

The session will be held on Zoom on Thursday 18th January 2024 at 11am.

Diversity and Representation in Formal Engagement – where are we at?

Our first meet up of 2024 looks at representation and diversity in formal engagement structures such as Tenant panels, scrutiny groups, assurance committees, mystery shoppers, estate champions etc. You’ll hear the Tpas take on this issue and learn more about their related research project launching in a few weeks. You will also be able to share your thoughts, ideas, and current practices with the group and assess what more we should be doing in this area going forward.

The session is being led by Tpas Associate, Dave McKenna and Louise Holt, Tpas Head of Member Services.
