Important news: Engaging Communities Conference 2021
Friday 12th of February 2021
Some of you will be aware that we had a provisional date of 8/9th March for this year’s Engaging Communities Conference in Nottingham.
I am sure it will come as no surprise that we will not be holding that event as planned, but we intend to be back with a face to face event again when restrictions allow. Given the changing nature of the situation, it’s impossible to predict when that might be or even plan for it at the moment.
We are not planning to hold a substitute digital event on these dates in March because we are working with our partners behind the scenes to agree on a new platform that we can bring a version of the Engaging Communities conference experience to you as soon as we can.
It’s not quite ready yet. We want to be confident we can deliver the same high-quality content, engaging speakers, networking opportunities, interactive workshops, and fun that you would expect from a Tpas conference. That’s our standard, and it’s a standard we intend to maintain online too.
In the meantime, we continue to host plenty of workshops, webinars and roundtables online to attend on Zoom and hope you are enjoying taking part in all of these. We have lots coming up and are open to any ideas you have for what we can put on.
As soon as Engaging Communities online is ready, we will let you know and hope to see you there.
