Meet the new Tpas brand identity

Today we’re introducing a new look and feel. But, it’s more than just a logo change and a set of new colours.
Tpas has evolved a lot since we started our journey as a tenant’s participation service 28 years ago. Today, we support over 200 Housing Associations, Local Authorities, resident groups and contractors covering over 2.2 million homes, to experience the benefits of true tenant engagement.
With our ever-expanding range of products and services, we feel we’ve grown beyond just a participation company. Today, Tpas is truly an engagement company.
To reflect this, we have dropped the acronym, “Tenants Participation Advisory Service” and will be known simply as Tpas– The tenant engagement experts.
Taking the next step in our journey our brand identity reflects our new name and the way we operate – a positive and future facing organisation that puts the needs of our members at its core. We are dedicated to improving tenant and community engagement standards across the country through a wide range of services, independent and impartial advice, support, consultancy, and training.
