Chief Executive, Cath Purdy of South Lakes Housing talks about communicating with our customers all year round is key to tackling and preventing damp, mould, and condensation in our homes.
She said: "At South Lakes Housing, we are tackling damp and mould in many ways. We have a clear strategic objective of ‘greening’ not just to help address climate change but specifically to provide homes that are affordable to heat, which is now more important than ever as the cost-of-living crisis continues to bite hard."
There's now a Placeshapers Healthy Homes Toolkit which members can download and published on the PlaceShapers website.
It is full of valuable resources based on resident insight on how best to communicate with them. Cath said: "We have been using the toolkit since its launch to tap into good practice and lessons shared through the network."
