Tpas Regional Member Events

We are looking forward to seeing our members at our Regional Events in 2025.

During the spring, we will be visiting all six of our regions, and we have saved a seat for you.

Hear about good practice in tenant engagement from key speakers, there’s also an opportunity to hear from Tpas about what is going on nationally.  There will also be time for you to meet and have a chat with one another and create future connections.

Agenda

10:30 AM – 10:50 AM: Welcome and Introductions
• Kick off the day with a warm welcome from Tpas.
• Discover the latest member news and national updates.
• Get to know fellow attendees and set the tone for a collaborative event.

10:50 AM – 11:50 AM: Ask the Regulator
• Engage directly with a representative from the Social Housing Regulator.
• Learn about the latest regulatory developments and ask your pressing questions.

11:50 AM – 12:30 PM: Member Spotlight
• Hear from our host landlord organisation as they showcase one of their successful engagement practices.
• Gain unique insights and actionable takeaways to apply in your own work.

12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch
• Enjoy a relaxed lunch and informal networking with fellow members and speakers.

1:15 PM – 2:00 PM: Sharing and Networking Session
• Participate in an interactive session designed to share ideas and foster collaboration.
• Connect with peers, exchange best practices, and find solutions to shared challenges.

2:00 PM – 2:15 PM: Stop the Social Housing Stigma Campaign Update
• Learn about the latest progress and upcoming initiatives from the Stop Social Housing Stigma Group.

• Discover how you can get involved in this impactful campaign.

2:15 PM – 2:25 PM: Engagement Heroes Recognition Awards
• Celebrate the incredible achievements of those making a difference in tenant engagement.
• Join us in recognising and honoring our Engagement Heroes.

2:25 PM – 2:30 PM: Wrap-Up and Close
• Reflect on the day’s highlights and key takeaways.
• Find out what’s next for Tpas and our members.

This event is being hosted by our member, Connect Housing.  A big thank you to them for their hospitality.

Running these events

The event will only take place in person if we get a minimum of 30 attendees. If this threshold is not reached, the event will be switched to a virtual meet up.

Our member events are open to tenants and staff. There is a maximum of 5 attendees per organisation, however we can add to the waitlist if you have more than 5.
