Awaab's Law in the social rented sector - guidance for tenants (Free)

The government has committed to introducing Awaab's Law requirements to the social rented sector from October 2025.

This session is for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide an overview of the guidance they are working up to support tenants with understanding their rights and seeking redress once Awaab's Law comes into force, and seek feedback on this approach to understand what tenants would find most useful.

The session will be led by Isobel Ames from MHCLG and supported by Tpas Senior Policy, Insight and Innovation Manager Caritas Charles.
