We’ve done the warm up, so get ready for the full work out!

Following the hugely successful White Paper warm up session, we are pleased to announce two more White Paper sessions. This time our sessions focus on areas that our members said they were concerned about, and also offer practical examples of what others are doing in the sector. 

Session 2: White Paper Case Studies

We were recently asked by the Ministry of Housing to submit good practice examples for the White Paper. They were very impressed the case studies we submitted so we thought it would be helpful to share them with our members too.

This session will therefore bring a number of organisations together to present their case studies to you “live and direct”   There will also be time for questions and discussions. Topics covered in this session include

• Complaints
• Professionalisation of staff
• Tackling stereotyping
• Integration of communities
• Tacking mental health

We will be delivering this webinar on Zoom.  In advance of the session, you will be sent a unique URL to join the event before it begins.
