Tpas Contractor Engagement Standards

We are looking for residents and staff who may be interested in helping us create our first ever Contractor Engagement Standards.

Closely linked to the themes of our recently updated National Tenant Engagement Standards, these will look to create a meaningful set of engagement standards that contractors and sub-contractors can work towards to demonstrate the great work they are doing.

In this session Tpas Business Development Manager Michael Hill, will kick-start the conversation with members and start exploring the key areas of importance that residents and landlords place on those contractors looking to work with them.

This is a vital project with the outcomes it produces, leading directly into a renewed Tpas Commercial Member Accreditation Framework.
