Tenant Mediators - Who Are They and What Do They Do? (Free for members)
When it comes to mediation, Places for People do things differently as they put customers at the heart of their offer with their hugely successful customer mediation project.
The project sees customers and staff trained together by UK Mediation to become fully qualified mediators, who deal with a range of neighbourhood disputes including noise, problems with pets and other animals, parking problems and unsociable behaviour.
This webinar will provide insight into how the project works and what outcomes have been achieved. You will also hear from Jane Morris one of their customers about her experience. There will also be time for questions too.
This Webinar will be delivered by Matthew O'Neil, National Mediation Co-ordinator at Places for People.
