Scrutiny Staff Meet-Ups – the new way to innovate and improve your scrutiny practice
Our scrutiny staff meet ups are brand new, online, free member only sessions starting in 2023.
Any staff involved in supporting or setting up scrutiny in their organisations are welcome to join.
Facilitated by one of our national consultancy managers, they offer the ideal opportunity to network, learn and share good practice in a solution focussed space.
Each session will be framed around a scrutiny hot topic, and you can find details of all the sessions below:
17th January 2023 – Recruitment to Scrutiny
8th March 2023 – Offering incentives and rewards
16th May 2023 – Task and finish groups and different scrutiny models
19th July 2023 – Culture
