Jane Eyles

Jane has worked in housing since 1990, has lived experience as a social housing tenant and worked as a Director of Housing and served as a housing association board member.  She has been an experienced housing consultant and trainer since 2003, bringing expertise to this role, specialising in resident engagement throughout her career.

Jane delivers the Tpas annual digital training programme on a variety of topics including Behavioural Insights, Strategic Working, Building Safety and Resident Led scrutiny.

In addition, she has provided in house training to a number of registered providers.  She currently mentors a number of resident scrutiny panels.
