Marie Porter

Jane is an Award -Winning Independent Training Consultant, with an extensive background in the corporate and housing sectors.

She is excited to work as an associate with Tpas delivering a range of housing training sessions to residents. She designs and leads away days and workshops to organisations who want to engage better with their residents and runs training courses for residents.

She also delivers First Aid for Mental Health training. This training sits well alongside organisations' well-being programmes.

Jane has spoken at various regional housing conferences on the importance of professional development.  In 2014, she developed and managed the housing sector’s first award winning “school of social housing” – the Phoenix Academy.
